The Drop: How It Works?
How long is this drop available? This collection is available for one week only. The store will officially close on May 4th, 2026. Once the clock hits zero, these items will no longer be available for purchase.
When does production start? Production begins the day after the shop closes (April 12th, 2026). This allows us to submit the final totals to our manufacturing team so they can get to work on your custom gear.
Shipping & Timeline?
When will I receive my order? Because production begins only after the sale ends, please allow 2 – 4 weeks for your order to be manufactured, packed, and shipped. We appreciate your patience while we craft your items!
Can I track my order? Yes! You will receive an automated email with a tracking number the moment your package leaves our facility. Please note that you won’t see any tracking updates until the production phase is complete.
Sizing & Returns
What if I need a different size? Since these items are made-to-order, we cannot offer size exchanges. So when picking a size, you should refer to your current clothing size.
What is your return policy for this drop? Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do? We’re so sorry about that! Please email us at Aaron@screenmachinepromotions.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will make it right.
Changes & Support
Can I change my address after ordering? You can update your shipping address at any time before the drop ends. Once the store closes and production begins, we are unable to change the destination of your package.
Can I add more items to my order? As long as the drop is still live, you can place a second order! Unfortunately, we cannot "add" to an existing order once it’s been processed.

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing time: 2 -4 weeks after drop ends

Shipping time: Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 10 business days once shipped, depending on your location.

Note: Some orders may take longer due to border restrictions.
How can I track my package? Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Are there any customs or import duties? For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
